With an elongated dark brown round face, the mask is accented with four textured reddish aluminum plates on the cheeks and forehead. The eyes and lips of the mask are also accented in dark red. The artisan titles this mask Esaabia, a Ghanaian Akan female name.

“unique and original”

There is no mistake the mask is handmade. But, it also looks like it was created by an artist who knew what he was doing.
