This beautiful decorative vase from Santodio Paz in Peru is created using methods that predate the Inca empire. Chulucanas pottery techniques are unique, and the process includes burning mango leaves to darken portions of the piece with smoke. Despite the ancient methods used, the vase has bold, clean lines which lend themselves to modern home decor.

“Very beautifully painted.”

I collect bird figurines, and just had to have these. So glad I found them, they are a precious addition. Love them. So colorful, and much ;arger than I expected. Love them !!!
