Handmade Owl-Themed Wood Puzzle Box from India, "'Perched at Midnight'"

Working with mango wood, master woodworking artisan Ashish manually carves this deceptive little box in the outline of a perched owl. Although this box is designed to be a puzzle, the lid is easily distinguishable, but this is a deliberate red herring chosen by Ashish to draw attention away from the less obvious way in. Leave guests puzzled as they attempt to open this mystery owl.
