The magnificence of the Taj Mahal, the crown of palaces, inspires this white marble replica by Raj Kumari. He carves the sculpture with exquisite similitude, masterfully capturing the grandeur of this legendary mausoleum. It was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in loving memory of his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal who died giving birth to their 14th child. In 1983, the Taj Mahal became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Featuring golden painted iron motifs, this pristine white sculpture arrives in a wood box covered in red velvet.
