Years later when his children were grown, he taught this art to his wife, Raj Kumari. They love this centuries-old intricate Indian craft and hope that their children and grandchildren continue it.

Raja Ram has a daily struggle to manage his chronic diabetes. It has impacted his work and the income from his workshop is diminishing. He and his wife struggle to make ends meet.
