“Beware!”

I ordered a large, which is the size I wear in most garments - additionally considering various other reviews noting that this item runs small. However, I found this item to be considerably too large for me, blousy in fact, and more styled for a womans body than a mans. I also noted that the yarn is very lightweight, and the knots are not very tightly woven. Overall, It was not the size or quality I expected. Unfortunately, I must inform you that this retailer will NOT refund the cost of the shipping I spent to receive it, and they will NOT refund the cost of the shipping to return it (because, according to their customer service rep, This is not our fault). Therefore, I spent $25 in total shipping to get, well...nothing. A WORD OF CAUTION: If you buy clothing from this retailer, you better be happy with whatever you get, because they do not take responsibility for shipping and handling costs at either end. I can confidently say that, with so many other online retailers offering free shipping and hassle-free returns, I will definitely NOT be ordering from them again.

“Simply the coziest and most versatile coat we own”

I bought TWO of these coats last year on sale for my husband and I. They are cozy and soft, but rugged and are warm with a zip-out liner that allows you to wear just the coat. Deep pockets, a soft leather collar adn quality construction . it should last many years of winter and travel wear.

“This is a Cherished Must Have Sweater”

I loved the colors and ordered this Bolivian Alpaca Sweater, Grecas immediately in Large L size but it seemed that sweater size runs Larger so I returned it with absolutely no issues and the customer service told me that Medium M was not available but they will put an alert for my email. The moment it was available I got the alert and I ordered it and it is PERFECT ! LOVE IT !!! Its soft, warm, really beautiful, the colors a so rustic organic and earthy - This is a really work of art crafted by artisans.
