Spread out like a star, various depictions of the trishul, or trident of Lord Shiva are realized in sterling silver with a combination of finishes. According to Hindu teachings, Shiva's trishul represents his dominion over the earth, sea, and sky, as well as his power to banish evil.

This is an absolutely stunning medallion. I love the weight and size of it. The craftsmanship and details are spot on! The necklace that comes with, is actually close to a choker for my neck size and is perfect!
