Tooled Leather, Cedar Embellished Wood Domed-Lid jewellery Box, "Guardian Birds"

Artisan Kelvin Maguina of Peru designs this beautifully detailed wood jewellery box in warm golden tones with accents in brown, red and green. The jewellery box features intricate decoration on the exterior made of cedar wood and tooled leather. A pair of birds keeps watch in a garden of ornate flowers and leaves on the domed lid and variations of that motif are carried through to the sides and front. The jewellery box has three drawers and one top compartment, all lined in a velvety-soft red fabric.
