Love this beige or tan alpaca ruana, so elegant and beautiful. The fabric is gorgeous with also crochet details on the edges. Perfect layer and thickness. This color goes with everything since it's a plain color that goes well with any other color. It's perfect for spring too in this light tone. I highly recommend it and also this artisan. It's great quality. And it looks so fashionable, yet very practical. I have neck and nerve issues to my arms and hands so I love ruanas, opened in the middle, over ponchos. I hope that she make it in other colors too. And she continues making beautiful ruanas like this one, in other styles. I wanted another beige one but in a blend material with ruffled edges, because I already has one that I love in black and white, but it was sold out. I picked this one then, and it was a great choice too. This one seems thicker with more alpaca, so warmer, so it can be worn when it's cold in the winter. I hope that this artisan bring back the blend ones again.

I can already tell that this sweater will be a favorite of mine. I normally wear a size M in the alpaca sweaters sold on Novica and the Small/Med size worked very well for me. The sweater is also super soft and very pretty. The front of it almost comes down to my natural waist and the longer back lays nicely. I cannot wait to layer it over some of my longer fitted t-shirts this fall.

A beautiful winter staple

As I live in Canada, our winters are *cold*. I own one alpaca sweater that I practically live in, so when I saw the gorgeous colours and patterns that the artisan used to create this cardigan, I knew it would be an excellent choice to get me through another winter! It fits perfectly (I'm 5'5", average weight, and took a size small). Thank you, Fernando - I will cherish this lovely piece you created!
