I have a very stressful job and it helps to relax me as I mindfully spin the inner rings throughout the day. Outside of its utility it is just beautiful. I have purchased journals from this craftsperson several times. They are the nicest journals I've ever bought. I bought them as gifts and kept one to use as a travel notebook. It's very lightweight, so great for travel. The paper and covers are equally lovely and well made.
