Solid, Elegant and Powerful

Just arrived today, this bracelet by Komang Suastra is beautifully constructed and elegantly designed. The Borobudur and Naga link chain that are so much a part of Indonesian culture combine to provide a very formidable and powerful piece of jewelry that certainly deserves the name, "Basuki Dragon". Even the heavy duty box clasp with safety latch that holds the bracelet together has a slight internal curve to match the curve of the chain. All in all, an outstanding piece of silverwork. Also, as always, the item was well packed for its' journey half way around the world and delivery via the express shipping option was very fast. Remarkable Detail!

There was a problem with the mail and the first pendant got lost somewhere at the border - I was waiting patiently, thinking it was just a temporary holdup during the truckers convoy here in Canada, but it was indeed lost. Novica contacted me about the package after noticing that I hadn't received it yet and was absolutely wonderful - they sent out a replacement pendant. It was astonishingly beautiful when I opened the package and saw it! Mr. Arimbawa - you are truly gifted... this is an incredible piece of artwork, such intricate detail. Thank you so much for this beautiful dragon - I will cherish it always!

So Fun to Wear!

I think I got lucky when I ordered this because I think I got the last one. It's a wonderful bracelet! The dragons are beautiful sculptural pieces of Art and the band is flexible slightly, and has a very nice pattern. Feels sturdy although it's not solid it seems like it's woven somehow. It's amazing! And I feel like a Viking shield maiden! It is a very similar style to Ragnar's arm ring.
