Beautiful, it's to be treasured

Amazing, the talent and patience to make such an intricate and beatiful thing. Bigger than expected, and has hinged lid. I am going to buy other boxes from this collection. I have a suggestion for the artist (and any of the artists selling here): if there is sufficient space and doesn't affect your art, carve or write your name, initials, or a symbol, into your finished work. You should be recognized for your talent and exfraordinary skill.

A great treasure.

Beautiful artwork and craftsmanship are words that do not adequately describe the amazing piece. I have more of these pieces, and this statement applies to them all. Just BEAUTIFUL!!!

Soapstone Jar

This is a somewhat heavy soapstone sculptured jar with elephants around the lid and the bowl. It is a really fine piece of workmanship. The sculptured elephants are etched very nicely and somewhat delicately. I really like my jar. Thank you.
