I bought this as a gift for a friend, who will surely treasure it. In person it's a little smaller than as pictured on the (AI??) model. And I must say I like the smaller size--very feminine and delicate. The way the tear drop is set on the chain adds to its elegance!
The photograph doesn't do the necklace and pendant justice. The stones are richly colored and unlike anything I see others wearing. My friends are as impressed as I am. I wear this often and I am regularly asked where I found it. Thank you, Alok Jain, for your beautiful creation.
This sterling mounting is 3/4" at the widest part, slightly smaller than expected. The black obsidian stone is 1/2", also smaller than expected, but still lovely to wear. It is on a 17" silver necklace. It is a quality piece.
