I looked everywhere for a pendant to design a necklace around, to wear with a particular dress for a special occasion. I settled on this unusual piece. It is perfect, the necklace turned out well and I have received lots of comments and compliments on it.
I sent this item to my sister as a gift. She called me excited to tell me how beautiful it was and marveled at the artists beautiful carving of the whales. She even remarked on the lovely gift pouch it came in.
