I bought the ''Sky Song'' onyx choker because I wanted something chic, easy to wear and that goes with almost anything in my wardrobe for daily wear. I also liked the colour combination. In real life it did not disappoint, however with that being said, the turquoise does appear brighter in the photographs. The necklace looks and feels high quality & genuine. The item is beautiful, however, there was some accident with it. When I Wear it second time all of a sudden the thread broke and beads crumbled. I contacted NOVICA and very soon get new necklace sent to me. Beads from old one I collected (disaster happened in my house, so I was able to gather beads) I sent to NOVICA. I am very grateful to customer service of solving my problem and giving me joy to wear this beautiful necklace.
