A traditional adinkra symbol from Ghana inspires this beautiful walking stick by Evelyn Kafui Ahianyo. Carved by hand, it features the sankofa image. This is understood as "go back to your roots," a message conveyed through the form of a bird with its head tilted backward.

Ms. Evelyn has Outdone herself with This Creation ! I feel as if I?m taking a favorite piece of artwork with ?? whenever I reach for this cane, which is always. It provides a great balance as your hand is messaged by the neck of the bird. The wood is Super Smooth and as the neck curves one end is a tad higher than the other giving you an ergonomic option ?. I have both the darker one (245424) & lighter (245425). A lot of substantially coated carving that?s a Pleasure to use.
