On Galungan and other Balinese Hindu holidays, worshipers bring offerings to the temple. Ketut Bungkling depicts such a scene on this beautiful hand-painted albesia wood egg sculpture. It arrives on a golden wood base.

This egg is truly unique and very well done. The artist is very talented. My husband has some painted ostrich eggs but this wooden egg fit in perfectly with his carved wooden animal collection.
