Siddique crafts a beautiful shawl from India, using cotton and silk blend material for a versatile accessory. He decorates the shawl with batik paisley motifs in persimmon and mahogany against coffee, using carved wood blocks to apply a wax resist before submerging it in vats of dye.

Simply gorgeous and more beautiful in person!!

Enchanting batik cotton wall hanging. Brings to mind the mysteries of the red sky: Red Sky at morning—sailor take warning. Red Sky at night—sailor s delight.

As pretty as this scarf looks online, its even prettier in person! The colors are very rich and vibrant, and will go with so many different things. The generous size (which is given in the dimensions) is larger that youd expect from reading the numbers vs. actually holding it out in your hands. Its such great quality, made with soft and smooth natural fabrics -- love love love!!
You can find our batik cotton and silk blend shawl 'Coffee Morning' by Siddique in accessories categories such as Batik Shawls, Paisley Shawls, Cotton Shawls and Silk Shawls. Enjoy exploring these sections for other Novica treasures.
