Textile artist Cerapio Vallejo says "I draw inspiration from our ancient Peruvian cultures, Andean village life, and from our snow-capped mountains." However, that does not mean he does not reinvent and modernize the designs he has inherited. With this wool cushion cover, Vallejo takes on a simple bold black and ivory combination, but minimalizes the black, creating a airy feeling with the design. There is a zipper that allows for the insertion of a cushion.

We are huge birdies, and when I saw this pillowcase, I had to have it, and I am so glad I did order it. It is so colorful and makes me smile. It is so well made, not a piece of flimsy material at all, nice and elegant. I lve it.....so beautiful.

I have purchased several similar runners when traveling, and this one seemed perfect for my new black dining table, except it is not very wide, so, compared to my other runners, so it looks a bit skimpy. It is also quite pricey.
