Working in copper and bronze, Angel Franco depicts an image from Chavín de Huantar in a wall sculpture. Chavín de Huantar was the capital of the Chavin civilization, and stone monuments there depict animal faces with human attributes. The fierce little cat centers this dramatic work of art.
