Eco Friendly Recycled CD Green Macrame Necklace, "Natural Hope"

Working with recycled materials requires a talent for thinking outside the box. In this case, Marielos and Tania of Costa Rica have found a way to "glassify" plastic taken from old CDs by painting the cut rings and subjecting them quickly to high heat. This open disc in dappled yellow is then knotted on green and grey macramé cords into a basket-like design and worn on an adjustable cord.
