The valley of Kashmir comes alive in this wonderfully vibrant box designed by India's Fida Hussain. The decorative oval container is crafted from weeping willow wood and coated with papier mache using techniques that date back to the 15th century. Intricate floral details are then painted by hand in an eye-catching array of colors, enhanced with golden detailing. The interior is painted black for contrast and is the perfect size for holding small keepsakes.
