Details

This beautiful mask is from artisan Wayan Rendah of Bali. Hand carved from suar wood in Bali, the panel features two abstract smiling faces touching one another, with a lovely butterfly fluttering above and dolphin leaping alongside it. A lavish array of leaves and vines bring the different aspects of the wall mask together in wonderful harmony. The artisan finishes the design naturally, which enhances its rich, earthy appeal.
