This handy fabric chess set designed by India's Asha Prabha is the perfect compact companion for a trip away from home. The artisan crafts the board from white cotton, embroidering black patches to create a classic chess set up. Each playing piece is crafted from brown polyester suede and embroidered with all the classic chess icons you know and love. The set includes two suede pouches for storing the player pieces and a black cotton bag with a drawstring that will hold both the board and the pieces.

“Uniquely Beautiful”

Simple but very beautiful cover design. Convenient button closure. The color irregularities prove its handmade paper and adds to its beauty. The paper is a good weight. I was surprised how quickly this arrived and with a lovely thank you note from the artisan.
