Wayan Rendah's skillfully crafted sculpture depicts a meditating bitsu, a Buddhist clergyman who acts as the leader of Buddhist religious ceremonies. The Balinese artisan hand carves the figure from local suar wood using manual tool, placing the figure on top of a large, blooming flower.

I just received this sculpture, and it is a beautiful worjk of art to be cherished forever. A lovely addition to my collection. Just looking at this creation makes you smile, and you can feel the love it exudes. Wonderful gift idea for that special someone in your life, or anyone who sometimes just needs a hug.
