By Elias Garcia, this charming wreath carries a message — "Be Happy Always." He covers it with handloomed Guatemalan textiles and adorns it with diminutive worry dolls who wear red clown noses. The dolls are crafted by his sister of the Lopez Garcia family.

According to Maya legend, the sun god gave princess Ixmucane the gift of solving people's problems. With time people started making dolls in Ixmucane's honor and they would tell her their woes, hoping she would solve them through the dolls. Many people whisper to the dolls, then place them under their pillows at night, hoping that the doll will provide a solution as they sleep.

“Perfect gift”

We gave this to my moms BFF(mom is 91). It was the perfect gift for a woman who sews well. She was so thankful. Really great workmanship. Even the way it was wrapped was magical.

“They make friends happy”

I gave one to my boss and he hung it in the office. The colorful dolls make people smile. We are currently raising money for our Red Nose Day charity, so the little red noses are so perfect.

“A Beautiful Gift for a Cherished Friend”

I have a Guardian Angel friend who is always there for me, for her husband, her family, her church .... She is pure goodness and is unstoppable. This was perfect to give her.
