Blue topaz centers a chakra motif in sterling silver. This beautiful unity necklace from Alok Jain celebrates our sameness. "The Ashok chakra, or 'wheel of duty' has 24 spokes that represent the 24 religious paths of humanity and all lead a nation on a path of progress," he explains. Six sprigs of rice flank the wheel. "Rice is part of India's a cultural identity and also symbolizes global unity, as almost half of the population on this earth eats rice."

Very pretty silverwork. Stone is creamy pale blue with green cast. Piece is smaller than I often wear, yet still stands out because of the intricate silver work. I love it.

I love my bracelet. It is beautiful. My only problem is the size. I have had this problem with many Novica bracelets. They are too big and even though they are slightly adjustable they are still too big. I am a normal sized woman and dont think my wrist is unusually small. I had to take this bracelet apart at the clasp and remove some of the links. I was able to do this and can now wear my lovely bracelet. I just wish they would make them a little more adjustable.
