"I love this design if I may say so myself!" admits Guatemala's Zandra Lorena Sajbin. "I wanted to combine several geometric shapes." The original design of this necklace seems to perpetuate jade's energy, which the ancient Maya believed to most powerful. They called it ya'ax chich, and believed it to be a sacred stone that symbolized life. The sterling silver necklace is crafted by hand with dark green jade.

This is so pretty. It just gives a feeling of movement, like youre squeezing out the juice from the moon and it drips into your heart. Great shape combinations and the quality is on par with the rest of her designs. I have a small neck, so I took out a link on each side. It looks great and feels like royalty. Good buy and pairs well will round or pointy earrings.

I just love these earrings! They are a beautiful soft green jade set in silver that go well with casual or dress clothes. I did change out the original wires on these earrings with some longer skinnier wires that I can easily put on and take off. The other wires were too big for my ears. Unfortunately that meant losing the little silver accent at the top corner of the stone setting

I am glad Ive discovered the Maya Empress necklace. It is beautiful, minimalist without being too simple, with a perfect lenght, and elegant colours; realized with perfection. Five stars from me, and a big thank you.
