I have purchased several jewelry items from Novica over the past two years. Each time I receive a piece of jewelry, the colors are NOTHING like in the website photo. Yes there is a disclaimer that each stone is unique, and colors may vary. Im not looking for 100% exactness. Yet EVERY time without fail, the colors of beads or stones are MUCH more dingy, dull, and without the vibrant advertised color in the photo description.I would ask Novica to use photos that TRULY depict the ACTUAL colors of their products. None of the 10+ pieces of jewelry Ive purchased comes close the the colors in the photos. Photos are misleading and it is disappointing. Yes, I could return it, but that is also a pain and time consuming. Also, the claw clasps are extremely minuscule and almost impossible to get on and off (and I have small fingers). Spend 5 cents more for larger clasps that you can get on/off without a magnifying glass and help from others. Quality of the product was otherwise good.

Not sure who came up with this idea, but I can so relate. My heart indeed has a hole in it after the loss of my beloved husband. He has ordered items from NOVICA over the past several years (I have many, many items) and love them all. I just knew if searched NOVICA for something like this, Id find it. I love it.
