The Balinese artisan uses kupu-kupu leaves, dyed a deep red, and banana bark to craft the journal's turtle-themed cover. Bound with agel grass, the album opens to 80 pages of rice straw paper, while a cinnamon stick on the cover perfumes the pages with a warm, spiced scent.
