Balinese artisan Wayan Rendah crafts this classic sculpture with the holy night of Siwaratri in mind. The Hindus of Bali observe the annual occasion with meditation and introspection, rather like the philosophical monkey trio that represents the old adage to "hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil". The statuette is carved of native suar wood and given a dark finish.

I just received this sculpture, and it is a beautiful worjk of art to be cherished forever. A lovely addition to my collection. Just looking at this creation makes you smile, and you can feel the love it exudes. Wonderful gift idea for that special someone in your life, or anyone who sometimes just needs a hug.
