One figure crouches down as she extends her arms back to hold the other, who balances precariously on her partner's thighs and arches her back to touch heads. This sculpture is hand-carved from a single piece of suar wood with a rich natural grain.

“Gorgeous wooden heart held in hands”

This is an absolutely beautifully crafted piece. I got this piece because my son passed away recently and when I saw this I immediately thought of him, I felt like my heart is in his hands wherever he is, and well always be together. Im sure it can be interpreted in many ways and thats just one of the wonderful things about this heart held in two hands. The butterfly on the heart adds yet another sentimental and significant meaning to the sculpture.
