Zapotec zigzag motifs adorn the front of this excellent wool cushion cover from Mexico's Xi-Guia Family Workshop. They dye the wool using only natural pigments such as indigo, cochineal and walnut. Woven on a pedal loom, the cushion cover features a cotton back with a concealed zipper for inserting a cushion.

This bag is the best! The craftsmanship is amazing. The colors are wonderful and the size is perfect. It holds a lot but doesn t look big.

First let me say that these are beautiful and will be featured in my new great room when the house is finished. That said...the description is inaccurate and should be corrected. They are made of hand woven wool, not cotton. I specifically chose these pillows because I thought cotton pillow covers would be more comfortable than wool. Nevertheless, they are lovely and will be treasured. I still gave 5 stars because the craftsmanship is so nice. I cannot fault the artisan for Novicas inaccurate description.
