I bought this as a gift for my wife. She requested an alpaca hat - in blue - to match a blue coat she had. I doubted if one was available, but went looking. I needed dimension specs, as she needs something fairly large. Does she like it?: "I love my beautiful new hat! This is a beautifully made hat. The design is so complex. The colors are a harmonic combination and the baby alpaca wool is very comfortable. This has enough range of bright colors to go with everything. And it fits really nicely without being turned up as in the picture. It stays on how you put it, and does not bunch up to give you a cone head. The texture and thickness (being double sided) is warm enough for winter, yet not too hot for spring or fall. Liked so much that I got a second for a friend!
