This lovely flute from Balinese artisan Made Sudiasa is carefully crafted with lightweight bamboo. Sudiasa then paints the instrument with a leaf motif in red and gold. Great for beginners, this flute's melody will whisk you away to a far away land.

"I was inspired by the beautiful nature that surrounds us, especially the extravagant unusual shape of seahorses," confides Felix Carballo about this ocarina vessel flute. The Nicaraguan artisan crafts the ceramic ocarina by hand detailing the seahorse with a bicycle spike and eyes with a fine paint brush. Carballo prepares the different colors by pulverizing stones and using a brush to splash the color, successfully achieving an aged effect. This ocarina features two tonal perforations on the front, two on the back, and the mouth piece is under the crown.

Ocarinas are one of the oldest musical instruments on the planet. Originally designed like a vessel with up to 13 perforations, ocarinas are now crafted in a variety of styles.

Peruvian artisan Dionisio Quilla crafts this gorgeous wood quena flute, a traditional instrument that dates back to the Inca Empire. The chakana symbol that embellishes this quena is a sign of protection in the Andean culture, making this design a creation full of cultural details. It also includes an acrylic case with Andean motifs.

After the disappearance of the wise and ancient civilizations that once lived in the prosperous Andean lands, a sweet melody can still be heard from the sacred Peruvian mountains. The antara panpipe is one of the last remnants of the Inca's culture and artistic expressions, present in many contemporary celebrations.

This musical legacy is still alive thanks to artisans like Benito Tito, who has inherited the ancient knowledge of his ancestors to create this precious bamboo antara embellished with acrylic textiles typical of the region. The instrument also comes with a pretty case with Andean motifs.
