Crafted from 100% cotton, each mask features a tropical pattern, three layers of protection, and an opening for a filter pad. Adjustable elastic ear loops pull tight against your face with the help of silicone stoppers.

Inspired by the Independence Day celebrations in Mexico, Eduardo and Manuel select a vivid emerald green for this design. It is one of the colors of the Mexican flag. This pair of original face masks is crafted of cambaya cloth, traditionally woven by hand in Michoacan. Abstract motifs are machine embroidered in this modern version of the fabric. Contoured for comfort, the masks are lined in cotton muslin, are reusable and washable, with elastic to loop over the ears.

Placement of the motifs can vary but the fabric will be the same.

Butterflies appear amid tropical foliage on the face of the moon itself. Carved and painted by hand, this delightful mask by Gusti Ngurah Semarajaya depicts the crescent moon. The Balinese artisan works in hibiscus wood to create the smiling moon face.

A brilliant painted wood box opens to reveal handcrafted masks. Used during the Carnival celebrations preceding Lent, they show an astonishing array of animals, human and fantasy faces. Alejandro Chávez displays them in a traditional diorama, known as a retablo; each figurine is modeled by hand.

Christopher Nyasafo crafts a beautiful African mask from the Teke-Tsaye people of Gabon and the Democratic Republic of Congo. With its circular face and characteristic triangular nose, it represents masks used in rituals by the Kidumu men's society. The Ghanaian artisan carves the piece by hand and paints it in beautiful colors.
