The photo shows a more "rough" appearance of the metal, whereas the ring I received is polished smooth. Altho I actually prefer the finish shown in the photo, it is still a very pretty ring and it is excellent quality. I put it on as soon as I opened the box yesterday and haven't taken it off since!

I love the design and feel of this ring. It is very smooth & comfortable to wear & also very light. The gold color looks more like a bronze/rose gold color on mine but I wear it with gold or silver jewelry.

Stand in for a wedding band!

Like many people, my weight had fluctuated in the last few years, and I was tired of getting my real wedding band re-sized all the time. I eventually went without a ring for a few months, and my husband was not pleased! (Whoops!) I bought this ring as a stand in, for my wedding band and I love it! It's so light weight and it stands up to heavy use. I'm not gentle on my jewelry, and this ring has been great. It's nice and shiny too. The slight texture makes it interesting.
