Hand-carved of sese wood and painted black with red and green accents, this Ghanaian wall mask is presented by Victoria Agyepomaa. She accentuates the mask with star patterns at the forehead, each centered by a brass accent.

Ghanaian artisan Abdulai Osman Adam crafts this African mask of sese wood covered with embossed aluminum sheet. Petite beads of recycled glass and brass eyes complete the design. Black and white in color, the mask is crafted in the Ngil masquerade style of the Fang tribe. Ngil masks are worn by Fang men during certain ceremonies held to welcome new members, as well as to bring criminals to justice.
