Not really like the photos

The photos for this item make it look gaudy, and the stones appear large and synthetic. In truth, this is a delicate, elegant piece with a refined, classy appearance. It is gorgeous! And it sparkles!!! The colorful stones--which are set solidly in individual wells of sterling--are just the right size for a multigem necklace: not too big and not too small. Yes, as someone wrote in their review, the piece makes one feel like a princess. Do make sure that the chain isn't twisted even a little bit when you latch it, or otherwise the gems will easily turn upside down!

This necklace is beautiful! The lapis is of excellent quality and the necklace is very well made. I would definitely buy from Narayani again, if I see another design that appeals to me!
