This is a beautiful, unique item created by a gifted artisan. I purchased this necklace as a gift and "good luck charm" for a friend who is leaving soon to teach in Cambodia for six months. The photo does not do justice to this pendant, it is gorgeous! As always, the packaging is beautiful, it is always well worth the extra few dollars to order the special gift box. This pendant is just lovely! A large oval checkerboard cut blue chalcedony is bezel set and framed by an oval of high polished silver dots. I’ve had the pendant for around a year now and it is just as beautiful and well-made today as the day I received it.
