Sehnsucht nach der Ferne

Während meines kürzlichem Urlaub auf Bali habe ich mich in die dort praktizierte Holzschnitzkunst verliebt. Masken haben mich besonders fasziniert. Leider blieb mir nicht genug Zeit, viel Kunstwerke dieser Art dort ausfindig zu machen und nach Hause zu bringen. Somit habe ich gesucht und gefunden. Dieses Meisterwerk sieht grandios aus und hilft dieses Veräumnis zu wett zu machen. Es steht keiner Schnitzerei, die in Ubud direkt verkauft werden im geringsten nach.

I found a spot on my special carved mask wall.

i have been a woodworking teacher for over 35 years. When I received the wood carving I ordered the wrapping indicated the quality of the piece. I especially enjoyed the use of the wood grain for the carving. Well done. A good carving of a face with hands over the eyes..

Magnificent workmanship

I've received and hung up my beautiful Ganesha mask and I never tire of looking at it! Its lines at graceful and the detail is breathtaking. I smile every time I look at it. it gives me great joy!
