I gave this amazingly well done and beautiful little owl to a very close friend who collects both owls and examples of excellent artwork from various cultures as he is an anthropologist. He was thrilled to receive this owl which is both! It has an honored place in his collection. Thank you so much!
So glad I found this new-to-me Oaxacan artisan on Novica. Thank you Alejandro and Rocio for the adorable treasure. Such amazing painted details! He has joined a carved wood Nativity set from Guatemala. He has many other friends from Oaxaca and Guatemala that were added to the set.
Just as I received the teachings, now I share them with my children in the workshop. Our dream is to expand our artisan workshop and showcase our art to the world.
