I appreciate hand-made objects because they are from the heart, mind and hands of the craftsperson. I sensed this carved rendition of OM would be beautiful because I could feel Mulyani's energy in her picture before I made the purchase. I have placed it above my altar and will send her a picture so she can see that it is included in my sacred space. This poncho is so lovely, even though the colors are a lot different from the picture. The colors are much more muted, but I love the Fall colors, the soft material, the excellent workmanship and the drape of it. I have fairly broad shoulders, so I was afraid it might be skimpy on me, but it isn't at all. I think it would be a good fit on a lot of different shapes. Thanks to Novica and this weaver! I hope to buy more items from her.
